This is an elaborate hoax by Canada Post and the USPS.
Think of it: $.53 x 350,000,000 = $185,500,000 The designer of the site has very little to gain in comparison, so this must have been perpetrated by a secretive governmental society seeking to revive a languishing postal service. Or possibly by the Postal Worker's Union. To hell with them all.
