New Amateur paysite looking for affiliates and some advice

Hello all this is Ted from Amateur Salon which is a new Amateur adult site that went live about a month ago. I just got the affiliate program up through the CCbill affiliate feature that they have and of course I am looking for affiliates but I am also looking for some advice.

About The Site
Amateur Salon is basically a place where any woman of legal age can have their own website to post erotic pictures and videos of themselves. They also have a blog and there is a public forum where models and members can converse. All of the models on the site are exclusive to Amateur Salon. We currently have 20 active models and we just had two more models sign up in the past week.

Membership Options
A user can sign up for all site access or they can sign up just for a single model. We are relatively cheaper than most sites.. here is the membership pricing schedule:

• All Site Access 1 month - $20.00
• All site Access 3 month - $30.00
• All Site Access 6 month - $50.00
• Single Model Access 1 month - $10.00
• Single Model Access 3 month - $20.00
• Single Model Access 6 month - $30.00

Affiliate Program
All affiliates get 50% split of any sign up to Amateur Salon. I just put affiliate section up yesterday and we have the following content to use:

• 50 Free Hosted Galleries
• 12 Photo content zips for custom galleries
• 10 banners

I know that this isn't much content and I will be adding more in the coming weeks, including videos. I'm new to managing an affiliate program and I've quickly realized how much work it is... but I'm dedicated to making it work and will do my best to make us an attractive sponsor for you.

Your Advice
So this is my first pass at a paysite as well as an affiliate program. We are well aware that we are small fry compared to most of the adult sites out there. What does it take to get affiliates for your site? I want to do a promo for affiliates such as an 80/20 split for the first month or something to that effect. It's so hard to impress some of you out there that bring in 30 to 80k a month in sales... Constructive criticism and advice is encouraged and appreciated.
