We have some US and DE skimmed traffic at www.buyfpctraffic.com. I normally don't recommend skimmed traffic be sent directly to a paysite though.

Have you tried TGP/MGP traffic to your site? If it's worked in the past, perhaps skimmed traffic may be an option for you.

you can buy traffic by niche, domain, type, country, traffic by niche sorted domains and geo-combo traffic.
