Working from home is sort of like jail
I only get outside about 10 minutes a days sometimes
last night i was on here until almost 2am...back on at 9am..and here i am. the sun is shining outside...but i cant leave cause i get panic attacks about shit not being done when im away..lol holy christ in a handcart...deliever me some cheap labour to take my stress away. /rant |

I'll be working from home 100% at the end of themonth. I have been doing it 1 day a week already and breaks are important. I take the dog for a 30 min walk just for a break.

Went bicycling this am, and then I have my office up stairs and the kitchen down, so I take breaks for drinks and food. and lunch is 30 minutes min. and I usually catch part of a DVD or something.

You really need to look at your life and see what you are doing. Your business is very important as so is mine. But if you don't get out more, get some exercise and experience more day to day activites then you are not going to live long enough to enjoy the money your business makes.
Life is too short to sit in front of a computer all the time. Go hire some peeps to get some of your work done. Get outside and breath the fresh air. Take a walk or ride a bike. Sit in your backyard and listen to the birds cherp. Plant a garden and grow your own veggies. You'd be surprised how your panic attacks go away once you start doing things that are healthy for your mind, body and soul.
