I got the super crazy ultra strength and put in on my neck and shoulders which have been crazy tight today. AHHHHH. Its like magic. I feel actually a little bit buzzed from it... weird.

Highly recommended for that kind of thing.
I compared the ingredients to icy hot side by side and this is something like twice as much active ingredient, plus a bunch of extra shit.

Right now I use those patches for my knees. Slide it over and wear it for 8 hours. Pretty pricey though...damn inflation
