I cut out all that crap food from my diet and am now only eating good foods. lots of fruits and veggies low fat meats ect ect

dropped 5 pounds in the last 3 weeks

We dont have small cokes anymore at Burger King etc. What used to be a big coke is now small or medium.

We have triple burgers and extra big this and huge that.

This is a thing from the last 2 years or so...

I only cut the portions in half, still eating the same things, and dropped 3 pounds in 6 days.

I did Atkins and lost about 25lbs. I kept it off for almost 2 years. after I lost 25 lbs I got off the Atkins diet and worked out and ate 6 small meals a day. The only reason I gained it back was because I got careless about my eating habits. Eat clean, and don't gorge at night you will be fine.

well, it may be bad for you, BUT if you can't eat it in moderation and not make a fucking pig of yourself than that's YOUR own problem. Why are there so many fat fucks in the world? It's called consumption Mr S - and it not only applies to food. Some folks will consume till they max out ten plastic cards and any equity in their homes and still complain about not being able to consume enough
