So when in the hell are they gonna start fighting back ?
So when in the hell are content producers and programs that produce their
own content gonna start fighting back against sites like RapidShare .com & .de , mega upload , sex upload and BB's with their content posted all over them ? Last i checked , if rapidshare or any other server for that matter has any stolen content on their servers ect.. (which we all know they do) they could face federal criminal charges for copyright violations. from what I've heard/read on this board
Rapidshare removes it once you notify them of you stolen content Maybe I read it wrong |

1. It takes no time "copyrighting" anything.
2. The cost of enforcing it has to be smaller than the benefit of enforcing it. 3. Nobody is going to prison, you're living in the 90's. They've had a decade to prepare, and they have prepared. Follow the piratebay story if you don't believe it. |
