dawsondollars: Fix your galleries
I have been trying to add Dawson to one of my TGPs, which uses Comus. Sadly, because your servers filter for browser type, I cannot thumb the galleries because comus keeps getting redirected to another page.
I sent you a support email a couple of days ago without response. I am hoping you might be able to address this issue soon. thanks |

funny... I didn't have that problem with theirs... but then again the script I use is a custom one and I wrote things to work around issues like that.

Matt and I had a good discussion and he has the programmer types having a look. I think we both understand what is at issue, and I am sure a resolution can be found.

i talked to Joe from Panchodog about the problem - can you turn of authentication feature on Comus while it does its work getting the thumbs etc ?
here's a copy n paste of part of our chat: cratch - Panchodog (05:50 PM) : ok.. so for now you would have to add each ip to the admin. mutt (05:50 PM) : ok - sorry - phone Scratch - Panchodog (05:50 PM) : comus supposedly has a way to turn off verification. mutt (06:21 PM) : oh yeah? i will suggest that to him then Scratch - Panchodog (06:22 PM) : then once they run the gallys, they can turn it back on again. Scratch - Panchodog (06:22 PM) : basically it is trying to verify that the gallys are reallly there.
