"Town attorney Ted Ayo said the ordinance expands on the existing state indecent exposure law by adding underwear to the list of forbidden exposures."

These people are living in 1860 if the sight of a couple inches of underwear material is considered offensive.

this was EXACTLY the case for me!

i got sucker punched by some wannabe a while back in san francisco... after he hit me he ran, but his pants were so low he had to sort of shuffle away

anyway i threw my drink down & ran up on him and beat the shit out of him... i had a black eye for like a week but the ass kicking i gave him was totally worth it, i got a LOT of stress out

+ it happened in front of all of his friends & girlfriends... wish i could go back and do it again haha
