To use the form, simply log in and provide information on the sites buying and selling links for purposes of search engine manipulation. Who cares about google policies ? If it works and it's legal, it's fine...getting a top10 listing for a very competitive term is impossible without violating any google policy. Everything you do to "artificially" increase you ranking or PR is considered being against their policies...even link trading.

I played with doing that as a service a while back, and JESUS it took forever to do and was SO not worth the time for the money I was asking

I know it's cheap, but I wanted to offer you guys a good deal and build my client base. I don't do all this work myself, I have full time assistants that do mainstream work for me, so they handle the more mundane tasks like bookmarking and directory submissions.
