Well, personally I think it MUST be fake ... two reasons....
one... he doesn't seem THAT pissed off about it .... two... why the FUCK would the camera man have ANOTHER cameraman behind his head in that very obscure and convenient angle. I suspect it's fake cum and they did it for a laugh.

That one has been around for a while now. There is another one out there, where the camera appears to be shooting another angle of the porn scene and cuts to the cameraman when he starts screaming because he was "shot" haha
