Paysite owners,Photographers,Copyrighters,advice needed

I have an Idea for a new niche and have a few questions for anyone out there wanting to converse about taking my thoughts and bringing them into the physical realm.
I need some advice on copyrighting my niche idea, and second on how to achieve these simple things.
Basically all I need is to hire some hot female models, and a good photographer someone who does stills, landscapes etc.
There will be absolutely no sex required but full nudity and kinky shit will take effect in the pics.
Once the pics have been taken I need to know how to produce it and distribute it so basically Im looking to make a paysite I guess you could say out of it, and advice on doing that as well would help me.
Also keep in mind that my budget is not the greatest so anyone out there with knowledge of what costs of all this to get it rollin please post.
I have searched around for something like it and thus far have seen nothing out there in close proximity.
I would really like to see this happen, and I dont mind if it takes a long time to do for it is but a dream at this point.
Help me turn it into reality.
Please read though this entire thread for I may ask afew more questions as it goes along.

I understand this maybe I worded it wrong my bad

However there are ways to protect against infringement of ones Idea you and I both know it might be a little bit complicated but it can be done.

Not so interested in protecting it forever because I really hope a ton of others follow, but I am interested in warding of the vamps for a bit

Don't take this personal, but your question is about like asking how much does a car cost and not specifying what kind of car.

If you want answers you need to be more specific.

and to be honest, (this is just my opinion) but to me it sounds like you need to get a little more experience under your belt before you jump into the pay site game.

I think your actually correct about the experience under my belt thing in a way but Im not into wasting to much time just looking for some clear answers on how I can achieve these things.
I will work out the bugs later once I have a game plan then I can make steps towards my goal.Like I said Im in no hurry to get this done but I would like to see it happen sometime.
I cant be too specific without giving out my Idea so what I asked for now is what Im looking for knowledge on

So what exactly are your questions? How much does exclusive content cost and how much does it cost to build a pay site and get it up and running?

You can just forget about trying to keep people from copying you.

If it's a good idea that is.

Your probrably right about the copying if its a good Idea, and I know that. This Idea is not totally origional just havent seen it taken to the level that I think the world needs to see yet

Yes how much does it cost to film exclusive content have it produced and get a paysite up and running?(Without advertising costs)those are self explanatory

Obviously if I was to shoot the content myself it would cost much less for me the advantages would be I would own the content not someone else, and also without putting the word out on what is is.I could then release it all in one big bang on a new small paysite, and hope for the best.
So I think thats the way Id like to go with this.I hope that helps to clear it up for you about my intentions a little bit

Nothing is really self explanatory, since you aren't providing any real details as to what you're trying to get started.

You said you want exclusive content, but you failed to mention specifics about that. Where do you want it produced at? Pictures, videos or both? If videos, do you want it shot in high definition? How many sets are you willing to order at once? You said there will be "kinky shit," what exactly does that entail? Your idea of kinky and someone elses idea of kinky may be completely different, and may play a huge part in the costs of production. Also, is this something that a photographer or production company is going to have to build a set for?

Just as many questions need to be asked about the rest of the things you talked about before anyone can really give you an idea of what it will cost you.

Just because you don't shoot the content yourself does not mean you would not own it. When you buy exclusive content you own it. Solely.

You can buy exclusive content for about 500 - 5000 per set and I would not consider starting with less than 20 sets as long as it's really niche stuff and as long as you plan to update with 1 new set every week at a minimum. The more the better of course.

So add a design and hosting and processing, you could easily get in the pay site game for 10k maybe less. But that's not even half the battle.

You still need traffic, but if your content idea is so great like you say, that will come on it's own once you start getting the word out and you have all the proper tools.

But with your experience level, chances of a success are slim, not impossible though.

I believe you can visit any of the bigger content providers, they have contacts to follow if you want exclusive photo sets or movies shot, you can call or email them and after asking 5 or more content providers you will have an idea how much exclusive shit costs. Also, bulk orders will get you discounts.

Then do the same research about web design, as you will need your paysite designed, and www.orchiddesigns.com does that very good, then you'll need some paysite management software (MAS for instance), affiliate management software (if you want to make money) (NATS for instance) and you will also need to research for yourself about webhosting ( you will always be spammed that on webmaster boards) all this will cost you some serious money. Then if you are new to the biz, you'll need to hire somebody to help you do all the customer support, affiliate support, etc....

Another thing to remember - the old cliche 'Rome wasn't built in a day' could also apply here. Producing and selling content requires momentum.

Ambition is a good asset to have, but perseverence is what will make or break you.

You may want to consider a split-cost arrangement with the photographer, whereby you hire the model and in return he does the shoot and you both share the content (much like a TFP basis).
