You can't say that the card was not used on your room because in an earlier posting you said his card was charged back the money. So if you were already checked out, why would your room still have charges on it needing to be paid? You seem to say a lot of different things in your postings. If you are innocent then no need to worry. The video will show who was using the card.

If you didn't do anything then just let your lawyer handle it. The video tape will show who was using the credit card.
