i watched Underdog as a kid but not a huge fan, just another toon to me - i thought Simon Barsinister was part of Felix the Cat. now i have to go look and see what the name of the evil guy in Felix the Cat was.
was Underdog done by Jay Ward Studios who did Rocky and Bullwinkle, Dudley Do-right etc? my favorite cartoons were the classic Warner Bros and the Hanna Barbara ones.
