Video Encoding Rates
Looking for rates on encoding videos.
Scenes are cut, just need the output in 320x240 @ 512k and 640x480 @ 700k or 1mbps, watermarked, and 5 min clips of each. Whats the going rate per scene? |

i'm absolutely positive that you guys would take care of me, however, this isn't a shane's world thing, i am asking for a friend who doesn't know anyone in adult and he wants rates to put up his amateur site. ;)
