How many clicks a day is the 'big traffic'?

How many clicks a day do you need to send to a sponsor to be considered "something" in the biz?

I guess it depends on how big the sponsor is. I'm sure I've been a nice addition to many smaller sponsors, while others I might not even make their top 500.

isn't it more about how many sales you can send? I could send 10000 hits of shit Chinese traffic a day that wont get any sales...doesn't mean Im "something" in this biz. Or I could send 1000 hits of targetted traffic that get 7-9 sales...which is better?

Really depends on the quality of traffic and conversions.

'Big' is also relative - when you look at the average affiliate base, probably 5% or less are "big" while most are unproductive and a batch of average biz in the middle of that. It would take far more than 2500 clicks to be "big"

I had a few who sent me 5,000 a day and never got a sign up. Have one affiliate who sends 50 a day at a ratio of 1-25. Got lots more at different ratios. So very confused about this thread.

Big in my books are the guys who send sign ups. They are all big.

Thanks Paul, that's the right answer. We send a little to a lot of people, and make our sales. Don't see anything wrong with that.

It's not up to traffic, it's up to sales. 14+ sales/day is a whale according to Bangbros.

I ask myself, how it is even possible to send 30k/day to a sponsor??? Even a big TGP won't get this score!!

wow, according to that poll I am a HUGE affiliate...haha

I just started doing affiliate promotions full time again a few weeks ago and I am already up to 6000 uniques a day according to statsremote, so I know some of the whales out there have to be pushing 100-500k clicks to sponsors a day easily

Well bangbros considers 210 sales a month as a whale...

So atleast 1500 - 2500 / day to make a few sales.

And its not the amount of traffic that matters but how well that traffic converts... 100k uniques of teen traffic ain't gonna do shit on black preggo mature paysite now is it.

I wouldn't call any of those numbers big but anyone who sends 2500 clicks(non-console) from actual ads per day to one sponsor should think they are big enough to ask for something like content and if they don't get it then they should consider sending their traffic somewhere else.
