I think she's talking about guys.
I dunno how popular it is. A wave of sites opened up in 1994 promoting this niche but they decreased dramatically since then so that might be an indication. The problem might be that only bisexuals like it... Gay guys don't want to see pussy and straight guys don't want to see male on male fucking. Even the guys that like trannies don't really like seeing regular guys fucking. But hey, every niche has some fans... but I wouldn't spend a lot of cash on it.
