Hex to Pantone conversions?

Anyone know of a good color chart for Hex to Pantone conversions? I'm trying to find a true Pantone "white" color, hex value FFFFFF. Can't seem to find it on any charts.

The pantone code should just be white If I remember, but haven't touched that palette in a minute...

LOL, yeah. That's what I'm running into. Trying to find the right color in the Photoshop pallets. Pantone doesn't seem to have just a flat "white".

The closest I could find is #f0eee8 in Hex code.

I had one bookmarked (hadn't used it in forever) looks like pantone shut them down. I know they sell a app for it on their site. The other one I have just shows a couple spectrums, NO white

Pantone is for printing, so the white is consider to be the paper.
