Nothing but gamble. There's nothing in the actual city worth seeing or doing.
The best bet is to find out what's going on at the convention center before planning a trip. There's always some kind of fight happening. Or, check Ticketmaster for shows. Lots of good ones have been playing almost weekly in the past 4 years.

You def. have to hit up the Borgota, once your in their check out MUR MUR and table reservation is recommended. I was at Harrah's pool party last week and the place looks amazing. Hit me up on icq if you need a hook-up.

I grew up in the area... I don't live there now, but it really depends what you are looking for.
Harrahs typically has an older crowd in general. The younger crowds hang out at Borgata, and Tropicana. Tropicana within the last few years opened a new addition called The Quarter with a lot of new bars and restaurants. Borgata also has added a new addition, even though it is the newest casino in AC by atleast 10 years. If you are looking for some place to stay, I would stay at the Borgata. For other things to do, in AC... there isn't much except for places to eat. If you want decent beaches (AC sucks) go a few miles down atlantic ave towards ventnor, margate, and long port... and it gets better. The pier as someone else said just reopened, it is located in front of Caesars and has a lot of high end shops and a nice sports bar I heard... I haven't been there yet. If you have any questions you can message me on icq - 9287771 |
