Fuck, it was so goddamn good. I made plenty of sause and bought enough meat for 2 people. And since im not gonna share it with anyway im having filet steak for dinner as well!

I did the same with the remains of a rib eye roast last week....it was friggin awesome, and so easy. A couple of jars of gravy and some mushrooms and sour cream. Flipping fantastic.
