How much is an basic porn video worth?
Just a normal, amateur filmed porn video - what would the exclusive rights to it be worth? (about)
Would it be worth more if it was niche? Good idea about the record keeping.

Okay, I've thought about it, and rather than sell it out right, I think I'll try to sell it off my site - diaperpla.net. I'll get a real sponser to provide the other content, but the 'exclusive' video will be the one thing I get 100% of.
