Actually, this is the best news possible. This is the sort of thing that shows how the newer 2257 regulations are way too open ended, and have unintended consequences that make it hard if not possible to maintain.
We want this. The more 2257 looks stupid, the more likely it will get refused by the courts or tied up in legal knots for years to come. |
