Is it not possible to transfer funds from a personal to a business account? I tried sending money from my personal account to my business account and it wouldn't let me.

Can business accounts have money come into them from other business accounts, or can they only send money?

As Oracle Porn said - it's only Personal Epass to Personal Epass or Business Epass to Personal Epass (for affiliate payouts) but you can't do Personal Epass to Business Epass.

Actualy if bussiness account is epurchase enable then it can receive from personal accounts(but not directly,it goes using shopping cart)
