I got this email from Dean, and am publishing it on his behalf:

Back on May 5th of this year, I made a post on GFY entitled: "A Big Fuck You
From Playboy......"

That was a huge mistake on my part and never should have happened. The title
actually should have read "A Big Fuck You From Lensman & Eric"!
I would like to formally apologize to Playboy for mentioning their name in
my post.

We just implemented a new billing system which makes every email to us generate a support ticket. His was marked as department not found so I missed it. Upon inspection, I guess this is a couple days old.
