Want to know what I learned this weekend?
I feel a little silly saying this, but I just learned how to drive a standard this weekend!! I can't believe I waited so long, it's SO fun!!
Now I'm a race car driver!!! heehee. At least, that's what I like to think as I lurch away from a corner, trying so hard to smoothly transition from one gear to the next! *vroom!*

Thanks! It's super fun. For some reason I was scared to learn, but when I saw how easy it is, I felt a lot better. I think I might need some practice on hills and for tight spaces though.
Man I should hit the highway though, playing around in first and second just isn't cutting it.

I didn't learn until I was around thirty. I could never get used to driving a standard in stop and go LA traffic. I went right back to driving an automatic.
