Anyone from Epoch? Got a question...
I have emailed, chatted live, and talked on the phone to a number of people about this issue, but it still has not been resolved. So I figured I would give it a shot here.
Basically, in the old epochsystems.com admin you could break down returns and chargebacks by reseller (affiliate). This was a very good tool for helping to track down frauding webmasters. A couple months ago I went in to check on some of my webmasters, but when I ran the report I was told I needed to use the new EpochStats.com system. Fair enough. Problem is you cannot break these return/chargeback stats down by reseller in the new stats. Furthermore, you cannot break chargebacks down by CC type either (Visa or MC), which is a real problem considering how the % rules differ by company. I was told that this was being worked on for the new Epoch Stats and that it should only take about a week. This was over a month ago. Could someone please let me know whats going on with it? Can you at least turn the ability to check these stats back on in the old stats? I really didn't want to have to bring this here, but I can send you the emails I have sent to Epoch Support and let you know who I talked to on the phone about this already just to show that this has not been my first option for resolving this. Thanks guys. |

I am not a fan of EpochStats.com at all.
The whole chargeback % page alone leaves you in the dark. Be warned that they will reply that you can pull all of the data via their dumps and make your own reports.
