What is the best program for grabbing high quality screenshots from mpeg? - GoFuckYourself.com

Currently I use Adobe Premiere to export the frame as GIF. For some reason they come out blurry and I do not like them. If you have any advice to share that would be great.

open them up in photoshop after you save them and go to filters/video/de-interlace

I like this program. It used to be called SnatchIt but they changed the name for some reason.

thanks for your help.
the video de-interlace does work. i didnt try that program because i didnt need to. i found out a good way to take dvd screen shots. you just get windows media player classic 6.4 and you go to file > save image and it saves a crystal clear picture from the dvd. i know i didnt say i had the dvd's i only said mpeg form. i wanted to let you know how easy that is. you can have the new wmp 11 installed too because the 6.4 classic is just an open/close type program from back in the day.
