Maybe people like them because there mostly made to look really young, the perv wanking over them probaby is imaging them as underage and since its a toon i guess its a lot harder to be illegal.

i don't think it needs to be realistic. I think it can be a problem realism is tried and fails. It's better to go cartoony or so real you can't tell the difference. problem is, the latter is difficult to pull off unless you're ILM.
