$500 bucks,when I was a service advisor for mercedes. I had a customer who was connected big time. I got a very expensive out of warranty repair for him covered he and his wife were good customers. Two days later this mean looking guy in a suit comes in asking where's Anthony with a thick ny accent. I turn ghost white lol. I go up to him and he hands me a envelope with 5 hundred dollar bills and says Mr **** says thank you good job.

He was a scary dude on his own. He once came in for a oil change. When he came to pick up the car one of the windows switches didnt work. Yes,it was my first advisor job I was around 23 so it was 20 yrs ago, it was in NY. I didnt deal with tire companies that was parts. My job was to take verbal beatings from customers all day. lol

As much as I've tried to be someone who ignores bigoted advice such as that, I hate to admit that it's been proven to me on first hand basis in big ways in the last few years. So, I guess it was some good advice that I should have listened to.

Well, the problem is, in my case...I had no grudges, despite what my father told me. I had my professional life as I knew it wrecked by Jews recently. So much so that I had to re-invent myself professionally and start again. I like where I am much better now, but I still would choose not to have the experience.

I wasn't really "trying" to find any evidence, it found me.

I try to keep an open mind about particular ethnicities, and I have Jewish friends that I love, but I watch out when dealing with them on business matters, or don't deal with them at all.
