Someone orginally paid a lot of money for the content and then someone else decides to take it and use it for their own. If they get persmisson from the owner of the content then that is fine. The problem I have with zango is someone takes traffic that is not their and sells it. Torrents (stolen content) and "adware" (zango) are very very similar issues imo. Both deal with something that we pay for and someone else comes along and takes it from us, and then resells it for profit.
