Actually, it could be as simple as putting a metatag or similar on a domain to prove you actually run a paid for hosted domain registered to your name.

Suddenly the kids would have no hope.

Agreed. Anything to do the trick.

For those of us who actually DO business, it's a freaking pain in the ass to sort through some of the foolishness.

I'd be happy to pay a hundred bucks a year (or more) if it kept the children away.

I like the idea, but I also think that there are industry people who would be diametrically opposed to paying for the privilege to post.
