Everything is very simple, you just go to Free Adult Wordpress Themes Switcher, you see a drop down menu in side bar, you surf thru it until you find a theme that fits your need. Remember how it is named in the drop down menu, then go back to Free Adult WP Themes and see a list at the bottom of the site, you click on a link that is named like the template you've found in other page.

Download it, upload it and use it

Can't use images because don't have any license.
But maybe some time later will add themes with images in headers too.
