most of it is scary shit. Actually you really want to get scared the government only spends about 8 million a year tracking asteroids. You say so what? Well considering the last ice age was started by a asteroid about the size of a vw bug, its pretty fucking scary.

After 10 years in NZ you pretty much know the drill......

I dont think there is much that dosnt happen there.

The worst I had though was 7.1 quake.... It was off the coast so to be honest it was actually more fun/interesting than anything else.

I do keep a "grab bag" around in case of natural disaster. When I lived in Alaska it was standard to have a survival bag in your home and your car, just a practice I've kept up. Thankfully, never needed it. One of those things better to have and not need I would say.
