For future reference in case you need some immediate feedback... try proxify.com. I'm not affiliated with them or anything but have used it in the past before setting up our own proxies.

open a ticket with your IP, might be that we filter your range for some violation... spam - DDoS - etc...

Hey Milan

When it happens, I cannot access the main OC3 website also, it's actually happening now AGAIN! lol!

There are a few US websites I cannot access when this happens, I am thinking this issue / issues are down to BT.

Don't worry, I have NO plans to leave OC3 - they ARE the best and my support tickets are still answered within 10 mins day or night and this is 1 year on!

for a GREAT company!

There was an earthquake that damaged fibers the other day somewhere in the US (I forget where exactly). Considering I was experiencing the problem in Australia, it wouldn't be surprising if others were/are too.

As I recall, repairs were delayed due to weather conditions. Perhaps there are still intermittent issues there.
