Unlike most others I'll actually answer your question, without spamming ref codes ;)

From my experience, the top few are (in order):

1) LiveCamNetwork - Was incredibly fast and clear (with a large window) before almost any other.

2) One2One - I haven't visited in a bit, but like LCN, they were ahead of most others.

3) PrivateFeeds - Who else offers broadband-quality video in free chat? Okay, a few now, but they did first.

Note: LiveJasmin and Streamate both offer high-quality (if not HD) video but only for certain performers. LJ has specific software that not all models use, for example.

No one does HD Feeds, True HD feeds you need some thing like http://www.lifesize.com/ . One of my clients got few months ago, around 25K for a pair of those babies, works over a 2Meg line
