always thought this industry would be a great place for lawyers looking for contingency work suing for copyright infringements - not like it's complicated and damage awards are substantial.

Well, a lawyer working with the adult industry *is* pro-boner I'd say.. ;)

But yeah, I agree with Mutt here too - guess it's a question of a collaborate effort needed in hiring some good ones, no..? Like an organisation representing us handling it.

I have been saying this for years. We use the Acacia approach. License or see you in court.

The license would be a little more hefty than $40 a set.

I'm actually about to file 2 copyright/trademark infringement claims on a contingency fee basis. However, they are strong cases. Most IP attorneys want large retainers to get started though.
