Power went out in my Valley Village Apartment.

Were flashes of blue light in the sky followed by brief blackouts last night... woke up this morning to no power, and noticed about 8 LADWP trucks on the side of my block's road on the way to the office.

Thanks i have 6 inches of water in the back yard and i live on a hill ?? The drains cannot handle this much wet stuff !!! It's far from over..... It started up in Northern California and moved down to SoCal... And it's just started wipping up again here.
