If any sponsor lowers your payments because of a $750 fee, tell them to go fuck themselves...
As most know, I started Making Bacon a week and half ago and so we are still pretty small on the scale of affiliate programs, But we are going to pay the $750, in fact we will likely pay it twice to keep 2 processors working and we in no way see the need to cut webmaster payouts because of it!

It would be fucking ludicrous if any sponsor said they had to lower payouts due to the annual fee. Here are the legitimate reasons sponsors could use to lower payouts:
1) Changing their pricing or rebilling model 2) In response to measures that needed to be taken to decrease chargebacks - ie, increases in staffing, etc. 3) If they got fucked by one of the 3rd party billing companies or with their own merchant account. Personally, I hope to see the sponsor payouts come down a little bit. I'm confident that these changes will help to weed out alot of people that just don't belong in the business... but unfortunately that means there will be good people that are thrown into the fire too. Cheers, brad
