any remidies? ive had em for 20mins now and its driving me crazy... all ive tried is holding my breath for 10 secs and blah blah but it aint working!

-Hold it
-Swallow the air in your mouth
-Close your eyes and imagine Abraham Lincoln's face on a $5 bill until you have to let your breathe go.

I had an Algebra teacher tell me that in high school. It always works for me, and doesn't need any props (such as peanut butter). Hope it helps.
