:mad Republicans: Step Inside

Last night I tried to watch the flip side of my interest,.. the Republican debate. I made it through, but now I can see WHY people like Huckabee and Paul.

My God.. how can you watch that drivel.

Probably so. This is the first Republican one I caught, and it was unbearable. It got to the point I WANTED to hear Huckabee and Paul.

Ya, i fast forwarded through the debate and just skimmed parts of it.. Huckabee was the only one who made some remotely moderate sense.. but he's still too bug-eyed to make me switch to a bible thumpin' bathroom stall toe tappin' republican vote lol...

Agreed.

He came off like the epitome of lifetime Washington politician. Completely out of touch with the world, country and citizens. Every time him, or Romney opened their mouth I was wondering who the hell these people talk to in regards to REAL citizens and their interests and needs.

Gunliani on any ticket will give the dems a win for sure. Thompson will not help republicans get any votes outside of the Law and Order groupies.

I can't stand the fact when I watch McCain's body language in any debate while others are speaking, he has such a smug, wise ass look. He looks like the type of guy that would roll his eyes and disrespect the other debaters, such as Ron Paul. I also hated the fact he ripped on Romeny for his military experience and said it wasn't an on the job training program, yet a few days earlier McCain said he himself didn't know too much on how to balance the economy and was reading Greenspan's book. WTF? Is it on the job training for McCain?

Never mind but 3/4 of Americans are anti-war, it means a good chunk of the Republican electorate too.

Voting GOP is not voting for war.

You just can't pull out of Iraq instantly anyway and no candidate offered any concrete solution. The region is vital to the world economy, we don't need a new Islamic Republic over there.

Hispanic voters were only 12% of the Republican electorate, but they voted 54% for Mr McCain.

Sorry, there is no such thing as a concrete solution to getting out of any war. All candidates other than Paul & Obama are pro war. period. wakee wakee time.

If we get a Republican, I hope they will curb spending and give us real lasting immigration reform.

Immigration, abortion, gay marriage are tools to get people to vote against their own best interests.

Correct me if i'm wrong, the region is mostly rocks and deserts, they owe us everything they have. Arab/Persian laziness is legendary in the Middle East.

You are a typical son of immigrants, rejected by Europeans, and expressing his frustration through unconditional support for Islamists.

Yes, we should decide our President based on his name. Maybe that's why the country is in the shit it's in.

I still can't get over the fact we're in 2008 and people are still scared of foreign sounding names.

None of any of Obamas pipe dreams will come true. The US does not have the money for any of his plans. If you want to see the middle class disappear for good and the dollar drop more vote for Obama.

This year Ron Paul is the only person that would actually make any change and since he is too fringe we will be left with damned if you do and damned if you don't.

I have thought about this for awhile. It is not Ron Paul that is fringe, the fringe has become mainstream. IE preemptive war, socialist medicine, money backed by ink, borrowed money from other countries, mostly china, and the collateral is you and I. I think that is far more fringe than Ron Paul.

Your a complete idiot. As a fellow soldier I could give a fuck if he was a POW 50 years ago. His goals now make me think of him as a traitor. Im sure you never served or know anyone who is serving but you have no fucking clue so STFU.

Ron Paul Ron Paul Ron Paul...

SOUR GRAPES!!! I think we will see tears early this election. Instead of waiting till the night of the actual election like we did with Kerry we'll see them when Paul finally sees the writing on the wall. lol

We are screwed, either way, Ron Paul won't get the nod, unfortunately. So we are stuck with Clinton or McCain or shall I say, more of the same. Lesser of two evils once again. When will we have real choices and real people to vote for?

SOUR GRAPES!!! I think we will see tears early this election. Instead of waiting till the night of the actual election like we did with Kerry we'll see them when Paul finally sees the writing on the wall. lol
Did I mention Ron Paul? You are nothing but a useless fucking troll that can only rebutt me with chants of Ron Paul. Mccain is a worthless cock sucker and there is nothing you can say to change that.

I still can't get over the fact we're in 2008 and people are still scared of foreign sounding names.
Bushie Jr, had his daddie's name, thats why he beat McCain in 2000! More of the same to come.

Yea I saw this debate and I don't want Jesus freak Huckabee in the White House, but I actually liked the guy compared to Romney and McCain personalitywise. You can tell McCain hates Romney with a passion. It's like McCain has flashbacks of Romney beating him with bambo stick in Viet Nam or something.

McCain seems like a grumpy old fart and Romney is kind of snobby. When asked if Reagan would endorse then McCain and Romney are like "Oh fuck yeah". At least Huckabee was modest enough to say he wouldn't know what Regan would do. Poor Ron Paul never got to answer much of anything and was cut short when he was. It was like they just said to him "Be lucky we even invited you"

I wish the McCain of 2000 would come back.

Well both Bush and Bill Clinton were part of the hippie generation. Unless Paul, McCain or Obama gets elected we'll have at least another 4 years of another hippie generation as president. Overall so far I'm not impressed by it. It seems back when they were busy smoking pot taking acid and avoiding Viet Nam they claimed they knew how in the hell the world should be run. Well they've been in power now for quite some time and they've kind of fucked things up even worse.

To be fair, Clinton didn't overspend and in fact cut back on things such as welfare during his term in office. He was more fiscally conservative than Bush.

I agree. We don't need any of that hippie rhetoric about balancing budgets and allowing people to see doctors.
