Mueller and co in the hot seat now
Turn's out the 302 they are using in Flynn's case was filed AFTER Strzok joined Mueller's team.. Not only that, it's a rule that 302s must be filed within 5 days.. Mueller's team failed to produce the original 302 by the judge's deadline yesterday.. The judge bluntly asked Mueller "Has every document in this case been filed with the court as asked?" Mueller "No"

So far Mueller has 100 indictments against 34 individuals and 3 companies. 17 felony guilty pleas. 3 people have spent time in federal prison so far with multiple guilty felons waiting for their sentencing date.

This isn't the first time this very same judge has seen this EXACT same thing.. The last time he tossed the case and referred those involved for charges.
