or just call the phone number. I have never had a problem with getting ahold of ray on the phone.

owl7, as mentioned previously our phone number is on our site
for emergencies. In the case of non-emergency questions, emails that we recieve on Sunday are generally answered on Monday, as we don't really work on Sundays, except to check in real quick and make sure there are no emergencies.
