USA is about 60% for us. English speaking countries make up about 85% total.

US has historically been about 2/3 of the total sales, but outside the us sales have been growing. outside the us traffic normally converts worse than us traffic, this you see ratios improve throughout the day, as the peak times for the other parts of the world pass through your site
