I've been renting out my house for shoots consistently for the past 3 years, but I'm emotionally over it and want to move on. It's a 2000 sq ft house on a 1/4 acre in Granada Hills, off the Woodley exit of the 118. At least 5 good shooting rooms with natural light. No neighbor problems, no LAPD problems. $589K. I can give you a list of currently rental clients to continue doing business with.

About 1/3 to 1/2 of the scenes shot at my house are for our own productions, so I only rent it out about 8 days a month. If you wanted, you could probably rent it out 25.

Just so you guys know I had some photos taken of the house and I will be posting them for Adam shortly.

The house is pretty perfect for what it is meant to be used for, I wish I could pick it up right now.

Well it's residential zoning. If you use common sense, you can keep it that way. Technically you need an LA filming permit, but I have never gotten one. There's no reason to bother if you are gonna be discreet.
