:stoned Rambo III

Watching this movie right now on Russian TV. What a bullshit... like ravings of a madman. This movie looks much more sensible after 9/11.

Just a quote: "This film is dedicated to the gallant people of Afghanistan".

Rambo "First Blood" was a really interesting movie. But Rambo III is sooooooooooo crazy. They say: "Russians were using chemical weapon" Which one? May be "Orange-X" or what? "Russians were making mines that look like toys". Whaaaaaaaaaaaat???

...dedicated to the gallant people of Afghanistan:

I'm all for a bit of the old ultra violence, personally.

Loved all the Rambo movies, even have a little crush on Sly. He's just so yoked!

Rambo 4 was pretty good. I thought it was going to be bad, but was surprised. Going to have to pick it up when it comes out. Finish off my collection of Rambo.

Don't politicize the Rambo, just let the Rambo be what it is. Rambo III is a MASTERPIECE. Rambo I through III pulls off a rarity in film history: a trilogy where each episode improves on the last.

I've never heard anyone say that about Rambo before. Most people seem to think the first one was the best.

I thought Rambo 3 was the worst out of the whole series.

You've been talking to the wrong people.

First Blood had a lot of potential to be a dramatic flick, but I think it didn't know whether it wanted to be dramatic or action-packed. While fun to watch and full of potential, it left a faint odor of cheese in the air. Okay, not that faint.

First Blood Part 2 EMBRACED the cheese and put the emphasis on bad-assedness.

Rambo III took the cheese to a another level. A beautiful, lunchbox-art inspiring level.

Duno... Actually it's not a first time when they show Rambo. Personally I'd forbid to show such movies at a prime time.
