ePassporte is committed to ensuring the security of our account-holders. For your account's continued security, we require that you verify your account information. Please verify this information within the next 30 days to ensure uninterrupted functionality of your account.

The verification documents we require are found in the "Upload Documents" section of our website. Please follow the following steps to upload your documents:

1. Click on the "My Account" tab, near the top of the page.
2. Click on "Upload Documents", located on the left-side navigation bar. This will take you to the document management screen.
3. Gather the necessary documents and scan them into your computer. There is a size restriction on uploads, so we recommend that scanned files be saved/submitted as jpegs, or another compressed format.
4. Select the document file(s) on your computer using the "Browse" button that you will see associated with each document request.
5. After selecting all of the documents that you wish to submit, click the large, orange "SUBMIT DOCUMENTS" at the bottom of the list of document requests. This will submit selected documents for review/approval.

We appreciate your cooperation. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

Best Regards,

Account Holder Services

A photocopy of a valid government-issued photo ID

LOL, so many complaints about scammers on Epassporte, so they do something which in my opinion would help thwart scammers, and you complain about this too.

Some people just like to complain.

How will it help to prevent fraud to ask for personal documents of people that having been using them for years without problems?

I don't think they are looking for scammers along people that have been using their service for years and doubt they will ask to verify my photo ID everytime I send money or go to the atm

Exactly !
5 years with this account, not one single issue and then, out of nowhere, they want to know what is the size of my penis !
I won't send anykind of personal informations to ANYONE !
Even if it means "chow baby"

Also, they could go on a case by case thingo. Like you and me for instance. I think it's the fraud departement sending this here and there and fuck everything and everyone.

Really really bad if you ask me.

so you want them to only ask certain people for ID, ones they think could be scammers? I believe that's called Discrimination. Ya i don't see any legal problems occurring from that practice.

Why do people see this as such a bad thing? Extra security is always a good thing. Ya, I know that most of us have gotten this and have to provide ID and other forms of shit and we haven't done anything wrong, but this is not the end of the world. I provided the required stuff in 5 minutes.

I have nothing to hide so this is not a bad thing in my opinion. Hell, people complain that they are to unsecured and then they bitch because they do stuff to make it more secure.. Can't seem to win I guess. Just provide the stuff that they want and problem solved.

I wouldn't trust my information to an offshore company that has been littered with problems for years. They even get complaints on the mainstream boards I frequent.

Exactly. You never know over the months/years what could happen when all you wanted to do is use their services. Sorry but i don't buy this security bull at all. It does not apply to me and it pisses me off. I would understand if i was with them for only a month or two and that they already had issues with me but this ain't my case !

My personal account has been open about as long as ePassporte has been in business and they aren't asking me for anything. I've never sent them my ID before.

Was your account opened by a sponsor?

Have you ever loaded your account with a CC?

I opened mine directly at the site 5+ years ago. It wasn't opened by a sponsor. Maybe they are looking for further verification from all sponsor opened accounts. I would never provide them the information they are asking for. It would be easier to open a Business account with them than gets them all these docs it sounds like. This move could really come back and bite them in the ass.

How is this a security improvement against scammers? Odds are they haven't loaded their accounts with $5,000+ but instead just burn through disposable accounts.

Ok, I've just uploaded my documents.
I hope they understand that there are other languages in the world besides English and literally that will be a bit complicated for them to verify my address (which is in English on my epass account of course) using a bill, while all bills in my country are in Russian

So we kindly request you to submit the required documents send to your

i havent recieved an email yet but i notice some of my sponsor payments are late. I have bills charged to that epassporte account that require those payments. If epassporte is holding my account i will never use them again and im sure many others will do the same

I have nothing to hide so this is not a bad thing in my opinion. Hell, people complain that they are to unsecured and then they bitch because they do stuff to make it more secure.. Can't seem to win I guess. Just provide the stuff that they want and problem solved.
I dont see it as a bad thing, and Ill be sending ANOTHER copy of my ID today. Thing is I sent all the other docs and my id less than a year ago, all the other docs show up just fine, but asking for my ID again. Not a big deal. Just a tad annoying.

Believe you have 30 days. Look in your account on the site. You wont get an email (at least I didnt) it just shows up as a message in your account on the main page.

They asked for it again ??????????????????????????

Just to let you know that i received a small payment and i was able to withdraw the funds but i have 30 days to comply, if i want to continue to use it. Don't know how i'll work this out tho and i'm not really really in favor of this "security" measure which won't change a f*cking thing
