Please help! When streaming WMV movies in membersarea, I get prompted for user/pass - GoFuckYourself.com

hi guys.
In my site's members' area, which are protected by CCBill, when streaming a WMV movie, you get prompted for your username and password every time. It does not happen when downloading an MPEG.

Is there a fix for this? My members probably hate it (and I can't stand it myself).

The windows media player acts as a browser. Each time a video is clicked on it essentially opens a new browser and the user needs to be authenticated. If you leave the player open next time you click a video it should not need to authorize you again. If you close it each time, its going to ask for a un/pw each time. The mpegs are downloads and do not require another browser.

Send an e-mail to your host... they should be able to help you troubleshoot the issue.
