Epassporte Proof Of Address + PO Box
How many other people are in this situation? I've been using PO boxes for everything I do for 4-5 years now, hell my real address is listed as a mailbox service on my drivers license and my license was sent there.
Now that I've moved to costa rica a PO Box is basically required to receive mail reliably. Now get this... The local house-to-house mail delivery system is so unreliable that my utility bills never make it to me. I know all my account numbers and when the bill is due, and both my bank and the bill payment centers have the ability to look up your balance owing via account number, so I pay like that. I was thinking of sending Epassporte a scan of my application form for the PO Box... Suggestions? |

We have the same with the mail service. They are so bad, that the phone company, cable company and power company deliver the bills themselves.

I think it's pretty typical for any "financial institution" to require a non-P.O. Box address. I'm not sure how those of you that live in "Third World" countries will handle that.

Yes, this is actually how things work. My last address was directions involving 4 turns from a store which no longer exists.
