Turns of phrases that you don't hear enough of these days

When my dad got upset when we were kids he would say 'For crying out loud'. I just heard somebody use it and it dawned on me that I barely ever hear that turn of phrase these days.

Are there any that you can think of that have faded away?

"Big hat, no cattle" is a rarely-used phrase these days that accurately described a lot of people I meet.

"away and work" or "away and raffle"

I think it's mostly used by Scottish, and another way of saying "fuck off!".
