just copy files through FTP, or I first need to install WP and then move site? please help

You will need to transfer the mysql databases aswell.

Login to phpmyadmin if you have that and export them then simply recreate the databases on your new host and import the sql files.
Its then just editing the config files for each of the installations and away you go!

Theres also a pretty easy 2 use wp plugin for the database backup..

If your new host won't do it for you,

Install WP at new host, as you would on any host - take a note of the settings in your wp-config.php and use these on new host and new database
Copy your wp-content folder over to your new host. Depending on your user files and folders you might have to copy these over as well
Install WP-DBManager 2.20 from here, http://lesterchan.net/portfolio/programming.php, on both old and new hosts
back-up DB on old host, verify back-up
restore back-up on new host

As a minimum, before you start playing about with it though, make sure everything is backed up and verified.

If both hosts are cPanel (or some other but same control panel), best is to move whole account. Your new host can do it for you, all your blogs/sites and stuff will be live on new host.

If you are with NationalNet hosting, all you have to do is open a ticket and wait a few minutes :D
